Abstract

The company has long-term goal is to maximize shareholder wealth than can be reached by maximizing firm’s value. This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted using secondary data collected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the websites of each company. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2018. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability has an affect on firm value. Whereas firm size did not effecton firm value. Keyword: dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, firm size, firm value
