Abstract
This study aims 1) To identify the factors that cause a decrease in the quality of service performance at the Office of Social Empowerment of women and child protection in achieving target targets. 2) To determine the efforts to improve the quality of service performance at the Social Service for women's empowerment and child protection in achieving target targets. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative using statistical approach methods with triangulation and SWOT analysis. The results of the study were: Formulation of a Strategy for the Empowerment of Women and Children in Kulon Progo Regency using SWOT Analysis. Analyzing internal and external factors of the Social Service for Women Empowerment and Child Protection in Kulon Progo Regency using the IFAS and EFAS methods, namely the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the Kulon Progo Regency Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. Produce an SO strategy where the strengths and opportunities are strong and big. The recommended strategy given is a progressive strategy, meaning that the organization is in prime and steady condition so that it is possible to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve maximum progress. This situation is very profitable, because the strengths that are owned can be used for opportunities that exist. Keywords: performance quality, service, SWOT
