Abstract

Use of Aplikasi Profil Berbasis Web (Approweb) is expected to assist Account Repre- sentative (AR) in order to achieve the Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) of SPT Tahunan and SPT Masa. However, from the data of IKU achievement in 2016, none of AR is able to reach the target of IKU Period specified, while for SPT Masa can only be reached by 22 AR.The purpose of this study was to identify the causes of the absence of IKU with Approweb usage based on the aspects of expediency and ease in the theory of Tech- nology Acceptance Model (TAM).In this study researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. The analysis used three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and con- clusion. Data were collected by in-depth interviews with informants. The informants appointed in this study are those who can provide complete information on the useful- ness and ease of Approweb in order to achieve IKU, ie informants who have become AR since modern, and who have become employees before the year 2007, which amounted to 6 people.The results showed that AR has not felt the usefulness of Approweb usage in order to reach IKU so that AR is reluctant to use. This is caused by too many procedures to do in recording and searching data and the availability of little data and data that is not ready to use.
