Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and working environment on the performance of the Family Hope Program (PKH) counselor in Dinas Sosial dan PPKB Kabupaten Kebumen. The data collected from the results of the questionnaire is then analyzed by using regression analysis, which has previously been done prerequisite analysis test includes normality test, multicolinearity, and heterokedastisitas. After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions are obtained: (1) organizational commitment partially posi- tively and significantly influences the performance of Kebumen PKH counselor; (2) organizational culture partially has positive and significant impact on performance of Kebumen PKH counselor District ; (3) the working environment is partially negatively and insignificant to the performance of Kebumen PKH counselor Regency; (4) simulta- neously organizational commitment, organizational culture and working environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Kebumen PKH counse- lor. Organizational commitment, organizational culture and working environment in collaburation resulted 49% of the total influence upon the ups and downs of Kebumen PKH counselor performance, while the influence of other variables other than these three variables is 51%.
