Abstract

Implementation of e-office Strategies Sisminkada urgency in addressing the office management in the Local Government of DIY, 2014. This research aims to identify and analyze the causes of unoptimum office administration system implementation based on information technology in Local Government of Yogyakarta Special Region and to analyze the right and effective strategy. This qualitative research was conducted in the General Public Relation and Protocol Bureau of Regional Secretariat of Local Govern- ment of DIY. Sources data becomed from structured interviews to fifth informants, observation and documentation to determine the strategy indicator of Matrix Switch- Scope Strategy by Advisors (Indrajit, 1998). The results showed that the strategy has been implemented it is not possible to switch from a conventional system. Based ond the values of the indicator: Risk, Money, People and time and Cut Off- Pilot Project Strategy assessed the most appropriate and effective, associated with urgency facing the agency.
