Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the strategies undertaken to improve service quality in TK ABA 2 Pangenrejo Purworejo. The type of this research is qualitative case study with the research form is descriptive. Sources of research data in the form of documents, the results of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Furthermore, the method used is observation, interview, and documentation. The technique of data validity using triangulation theory. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research are: Firstly, SO strategy, namely: supervision from head- master and supervisor, to make the institution become one location, to improve com- munications, profession, and KKG, to improve teacher professionalism, to improve the quality of graduate students, and to raise the standard of acceptance of new teacher candidates . Second, the WO strategy, namely: improving facilities and infrastructure, improving the quality of self-teachers, cross-subsidy programs, and the role of society to be a permanent and non-permanent donors. Third, the ST strategy, namely: improv- ing the role of society, formed parent group of children, improve the quality of sustain- able services. Fourth, the WT strategy, namely: improving teacher competence, im- proving services and quality of educational institutions, and enhancing communication and activities with parents of students. Fifth, the process of learning and self-satisfac- tion of educators are good. Sixth, the level of satisfaction of parents to the quality of education services in kindergarten ABA 2 Pangenrejo Purworejo in high category.
