Abstract

The objectives to be achieved from this research are: 1) To identify the factors that cause the performance of the Samapta Bhayangkara Police in the Godean Sector Police unit is not optimal. 2) Knowing the efforts to improve the performance of the Samapta Bhayangkara Police Sector Godean unit. This research was conducted with a qualitative description approach using a SWOT analysis. The results of the study are: The performance of the Samapta Bhayangkara Police Unit in the Godean Sector Police in the Godean Sector Police in 2019 has not been optimal. The factors causing it are efficiency and effectiveness, authority and discipline and initiative. Efforts to improve the performance of the Samapta Bhayangkara Police Sector Godean Unit are to optimize the use of assets of the Samapta Bhayangkara Police Unit of the Godean Sector Police through the Management Information System in accordance with existing laws and regulations; Increase the optimization of care and maintenance of BMN assets with budget support in the DIPA UNIT Samapta Bhayangkara Police Unit of the Godean Sector; Propose capital expenditures for office machine tools to support the smooth operation of the Samapta Bhayangkara Unit of the Godean Sector Police; Optimization of excellent service for the Samapta Bhayangkara Unit of the Godean Police Sector; The policy direction resulting from this program is the realization of excellent service from the Godean Sector Police Samapta Bhayangkara Unit in the field of handling report complaints; Increase in monitoring activities against violations; Improve discipline development and members' code of ethics; Carry out gaktibplin activities in the ranks of the Samapta Bhayangkara Police Unit in the Godean Sector in accordance with the predetermined agenda; Carry out active gaktibplin by involving related institutions to enforce member discipline; Conducting disciplinary hearings, code of ethics and appeals after the filing is declared complete and ready for trial; Carry out closed and open security activities in various activities.
