Abstract

A foreign exchange reserves is one of the topics discussed quite busy lately. Especially after the crisis of 1997/1998, foreign exchange reserves have increased quite dramatically. This is done as one the country’s efforts to face the possibility of a crisis. This paper will discuss the state of motivation and risk to the accumulation of foreign reserves.
