Abstract
This study aims to analyze the readiness of employees towards the application of online system retribution (Si-RetrO) in the city of Magelang. The study was conducted from January to February 2019. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The technique of collecting data with interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques by drawing conclusions from the results of interviews with informants. The results showed that almost all Income Generating DPOs under the management of the BPKAD in Magelang City showed their readiness to implement an online retribution system (Si- RetrO) and even some OPDs have implemented an online retribution system (Si-RetrO). While some OPDs that have not implemented an online retribution system (Si-RetrO) are caused by less supportive human and equipment resources. The factors that influence employees are employee competency, understanding of information technology supported by hardware and software. The underlying reason is in order to accelerate payment services electronically, accurately and efficiently while reducing or eliminating leakage receipts from regional levies. Efforts are made to improve preparedness with education and training (training) besides that by trial and error using the application. The heads of each OPD are advised to better prepare themselves with competent human resources, especially in the field of information technology to support the application of the online retribution system (Si-RetrO) by means of computers and internet networks that have adequate bandwidth. It is also recommended to build communication by giving more attention to Si-RetrO officers in completing their work and establishing communication with BPKAD so that if the officers experience difficulties, they can be resolved immediately.
