Abstract

The aim for this research to determine the effect of the performance of the administrator, member of participation and service toward work performance Koperasi Melati Husada RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. The independent variables was : management performance (X1), participation member (X2), and service (X3) with dependent variable work performance Koperasi (Y). used multiple linear regression analysis with analysis method T and F test. this research used 95 sample responden who were registered as a member of the Koperasi with the non-probability sampling. To test the instrument using validity and reliability test. Hypothesis test using T and F test. while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the T test showed management performance are react significantly toward work performance Koperasi value for 6,161, participate members are react significantly toward work performance Koperasi value 3,597, and service are react significantly toward work performance Koperasi value 4,100. The result of the F test showed management performance, participation member, and service are react significantly toward work performance Koperasi. AdjustedR2 value for 0,534 showed ability independent variable effected work performance Koperasi for 53,4 % and the rest of it for 46,6 % describe other variables which was not explained in this research. Conclution : management performance,participant member and service are react simultaneously although partial toward work performance Koperasi. Suggestion : the management performance is optimally improved by increasing working hours. Skill training provide special value for member also for increasing variety of things. Further research is needed to repeat, expand or extend by research other related variables for the work performance of Koperasi.
