Abstract

This research uses descriptive research type. The research method uses interviews and documentary methods to the management of PT Giri Tirta Mulya Playen. Data collection uses, interviews and observations. In this study using a comparative descriptive analysis tool. The results showed that the achievement of production was still very low and the achievement of sales was also still very low, so it needed efforts to increase human resources so that the maximum achievement. The advice given in this study, so that employee performance is maximized, as well as the effectiveness and support of work to continue to be improved so that the vision and mission of the organization can be achieved according to the targets set.
