Abstract

Advocate performance is simply defined as the effectiveness of the services provided by advocates and the efficiency of the resources allocated and used to prepare the services of lawyers. Research that seeks to find the reasons is using empirical legal research methods with a sociological approach. Indicators of advocate commitment can be classified into several types, namely indicators of efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the results of research on advocates, in the legal office of LBH Al-Kautsar, commitment indicators, not all members of advocates are consistent. They have not implemented a high social spirit, so that advocate members still focus on money. This happens because supervision of advocate members is still weak. Keywords: Commitment ,advocate, social life is still low.
