Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of communication, competence, and incentives on the performance of members of procurement service unit (ulp) of goods / services of Temanggung district in 2018. The result of research indicates that: 1) communication between ULP members of Temanggung Regency influences on performance, which is at 74% or good category, the result of hypothesis testing, which states that partially Communication (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y) and the magnitude of partial communication effect on performance is 60.9%, 2) the competence of members of ULP Kabupaten Temanggung has a high influence, seen from the analysis of competence variables that are at 73% or high enough category, the result of hypothesis testing, which states that partially Competence (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y) and the amount of influence of competence partially to performance is 64.2%, and 3) Incentives of ULP members Temanggung Regency has a high influence, seen from result of analysis of competence variable which is at 68% or high enough category, result of hypothesis testing, which states that partially incentive (X3) have significant influence to Performance (Y) and the influence of incentive partially to performance of only 6.3%.
