Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the direct effect of motivation, workload and job satisfaction on employee performance (2) direct effect of motivation and workload on job satisfaction (3) indirect effect of job satisfaction as an mediation variable between motivation and employee performance. (4) Indirect effect of Job Satisfaction as an mediation variable between Workload and Employee Performance.data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to outsourcing employees of PT. Panji Putra Perkasa in RSUP. Dr. Sardjito with 85 respondents. In this study, the independent variables are Motivation and Workload, then the dependent variable is Employee Performance, while Job Satisfaction is an mediation variable. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using path analysis and to determine the influence of the mediation variables using the Sobel Test.
