Abstract

This Covid-19 pandemic conditions have a bad impact on business and economy, even business and economic uncertainty has become a very frightening specter for SMEs and almost all business sectors have received the negative impact of business uncertainty, including some businesses that have stopped operating which eventually suppress economic growth. This research was kind of descriptive qualitative research. Data collecting by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Analysis conducted by describe the business sustainability strategy of dapur warna in new normal era by SWOT analysis. Strategies that Dapur Warna have to take in this new normal era such as doing promotions on social media, holding events and still adhering to health protocols by taking advantage of convenience and security location in the Dapur Warna and providing varied and halal food that can reach all groups. The alternative strategy that Dapur Warna can apply after knowing the position of its business sustainability is by doing promotions on Social Media related to the innovative menu and holding events or offering wedding packages but still implementing health protocols. Dapur Warna Restaurant is well known to the public, but this pandemic condition has made the Color Kitchen temporarily closed, the strategy that can be done during this new normal era is to increase promotions.
