Abstract
Village development planning is the process of the stages of activities organized by the village government by involving the Village Consultative Body and elements of the community in a participatory manner to utilize and allocate as little as village resources in order to achieve village development goals. The purpose of this study was to find out how the village fund planning process in Kedungpoh Village and the obstacles faced by the Kedungpoh Village Government in Village Fund Planning. The form of research used is descriptive qualitative, with the technique of collecting data through interviews with informants who are considered potential to provide information about Village Fund Planning in Village Development in Kedungpoh Village. The results of this study indicate that in the Kedungpoh Village Fund Planning experienced delays in the preparation of the RKPDes so that it automatically affected the delay in the preparation of the RAB and the determination of the APBDes which should be set on 31 December but in fact was set at the end of January of the following year.
