Abstract
Progress and development of the organization is highly dependent on human resources support, higher education institution having human resources not only lecturers but also employees who handle and support administrative and technical implementation of academic and non academic activities. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice (distributive and procedural justice), competency to affective commitment. This research was developed by using sample of employee working in Private University (PTS) in DIY with number of 200 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results show that two dimensions of organizational justice namely distributive and procedural justice have a positive and significant relation to affective commitment, as well as with competencies that have a positive and significant relationship to affective commitment.
