Abstract

The problem with micro businesses not developing is the lack of motivation of micro business actors and their lack of expertise. The prospects for these micro businesses in the future are very promising, for this reason they need to be given motivation through entrepreneurship and management training. The aim of this activity is to increase the motivation of micro business actors and product competitiveness by providing entrepreneurship and management training for housewives who already have micro business roots. Through this Community Service activity, it motivates partners to promote local products to become superior products from Padukuhan Bembem Kalurahan Trimulyo in order to face the community's economic independence. Furthermore, there has been an increase in partners' motivation to become entrepreneurs and improve the quality of their products and run businesses by implementing better management.
