Abstract
This research is to analize the strategy of BAZNAS Kabupaten Pacitan, by identify the strategy and performance of BAZNAS Kabupaten Pacitan. Indeks Zakat Nasional (National Zakat Indeks) is used to measure performance of BAZNAS Kabupaten Pacitan while SWOT analize is used to find best strategy to improve the collecting performance. The data used in research obtained by interview and collect secondary data of the annual report of BAZNAS Kabupaten Pacitan. The research finding show that the performance of BAZNAS Kabupaten Pacitan is not already in good performance. The strategy that’s already used is by collect the zakat mal from the civil servent of Kabupaten Pacitan only. To improve the performance of BAZNAS Kabupaten Pacitan, the strategy that can use is by replanning and remanaging the organization vision. Compose zakat database, replan strategy to collect, more zakat campaign program is also needed to improve the performace to collect zakat mal.
