Abstract

Rhion Risky Saputra, 161403262. "Future Orientation Analysis Field Employment At Employees BPJS Employment Branch Office Madiun Facing Retirement Period". This research is motivated by the existence of some employee BPJS Employment Branch Office of Madiun who do not have picture of future orientation of field of work clear after the employee retired. Although some employees BPJS Employment Branch Office Madiun of them have been able to establish interest in a kind of field of work in the future, but some of them are still not capable of making well-directed planning and conducting proper evaluations even though they already have an interest in the type of work they want to be on the road in retirement. The purpose of the research is to obtain data empirically and explain more in depth about the picture of Future Orientation field work on employee BPJS Employment offices madiun after employees retired. The theory used in this research is the theory of Future Orientation proposed by J.Erik Nurmi (1989, 1991). This research is a quantitative research with deductive approach to 28 respondents, the technique used is total samples. Currently the measurements used in this study are based on J.E Nurmi (1989, 1991). Based on the validity and reliability test, the validity dimensions of 0.942, 0.910, 0.817, and reliability are 0,960. Based on data processing, it can be concluded that: Most employee of BPJS Employment of Branch Office of Madiun have a picture of future orientation of work field "unclear" that is 82.14% employee, while employees who have picture of the future orientation of "clear" job field is 17.86% employees; Suggestion given is required arrangement and re-planning Man Power Planning for employees either from new employees until employees entering retirement preparation by appraising the picture of future orientation of work field after retirement.
