Abstract

The purpase af th;s study was to measure the influence af location, layout and atmosphere retaiiori ematrcnalrcspcnse and behaviot. The data far the studywere callected by questianares fo. 1AA underyraduales students vr'ho have expeience buying in Carrefau Yogyakafta. Through purpasive sampling method data were callected. The results ofthis study fkst, with multiple regression showed the variable af location, layaut and atmasphere retail are significantly related lo emational resporse. Secord, ta test mediating variable, the research model to use patil analysis. The results emotional resporse ls positioned as a mediating variable between the variable location, layout, atmosphere retatler and behavior was not significant as a mediating vanable.
