Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect ot the quality of e-filing information systems and e-filing services on the level of satisfaction and the impact of the level of compliance of Non Employee Taxpayers and Corporate Taxpayers. This research was conducted on Non Employee Taxpayers and Corporate Taxpayers who are registered at the Magelang Tax Office. The study took a sample 100 respondent. The data analysis method used is Regression Analysis with the help of the Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) analysis tool. The result showed that the variable quality of information system and services system simultaneously positively influences the level of satisfaction of taxpayers using e-filing and its impact is able to increase taxpayers compliance.
