Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the learning model in the network combination outside the network ( Blended Learning ) in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of class VII C students of Junior High School 1 Kranggan, Temanggung Regency, 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 3 cycles, each cycle of 3 meetings and each meeting there are 4 stages, namely planning, implementation / action, observation and reflection . Primary data collection techniques , namely observation, questionnaires, interviews and secondary data obtained from do documentation in the form of a syllabus, lesson plans, photos of activities and student work reports. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model analysis according to Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the application of the model in the network combination outside the network ( Blended learning) it can be concluded as follows: The learning model in the network combination outside the network ( Blended learning) can increase student motivation with an average starting from cycle I of 69, 01%, cycle II increased to 83.3% and cycle III increased to 87.45%. Increasing student learning motivation also has an impact on improving student learning outcomes in the classification of living things, namely, in the first cycle only 9.3% of students complete learning to 84% in cycle III, there is an increase of 74.7%. For student responses to the application of the Blended Learning learning model 100% agree. Schools recommended to provide facilities that are used for learning activities in an adequate network , and provides training for teachers to apply the learning model of online combination of offline ( Blended Learning) for teachers to be more creative and innovative associated with the advancement of technology in order to support and improve the quality of SMP 1 Kranggan, Temanggung Regency .
