Abstract

Implementation of regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization, local government is required to have regional financial independence. Parameter of the ability of regions to autonomy implementation is to look at the value of regional revenue (PAD). This study aims to determine the performance, the level of acceptability, and efforts to increase regional revenue of Wonosobo regency. Material in this study by taking the case at the acceptance of PAD Wonosobo regency. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that the performance of Regional Financial and Income Management Departement (BPPKAD) of Wonosobo Regency in PAD management is good enough to have qualified human resources and big potential PAD can realize regional revenue from year 2011 to 2015 has increased and exceeded 100% of specified target. Increased average income of Wonosobo regency from year to year equal to 29,82%, with the biggest income in local tax and regional retribution. However, the contribution of PAD Wonosobo Regency to the APBD is relatively small, about 13.7% in 2014. Therefore, there is a need to increase PAD such as by intensifying and extending PAD, developing cooperation to increasing PAD, improving regulations related to PAD which is not relevant, empowerment of BUMD (Regional Owned Enterprises), and monitoring and evaluation.
