Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training through e-learning and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Yogyakarta Special Region. The population in this study 140 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling technique with a sample of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that in a partial test there was an effect of training through e-learning to performance, there was an effect of work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Yogyakarta Special Region, and simultaneously there was the effect of e-learning training and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes.
