Abstract
This study has a purpose to evaluate the conditions of input, process, and output of the implementation of operational cooperation of radiodiagnostic devices in RSUP Dr. Sardjito in 2014-2016. Operational cooperation is an alternative funding for activities that are very needed but the Hospital has limited funds and other considerations. High pricing the tools and maintenance, repairs that require time and spare parts that must be indent are conditions that can hinder health services so that the quality of health services to the public can be disrupted, this needs to be evaluated for the effectiveness of the implementation of operational cooperation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with comparative, and the analysis used is logic models, namely by comparing the conditions of input, process, and output of the implementation of operational cooperation with the agreement. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that in general the implementation of operational cooperation has been running effectively, but in the process constraints conditions that sometimes arise are maintenance and repair of equipment that takes longer when compared to those stated in the Letter of operational cooperation agreement. If the length of time the repair interferes with health services, it would be better if the agreement letter added with the hospital can refer patients to other hospitals with the costs borne jointly by the hospital and investors.
